Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom pieces take longer; estimated processing times will be provided via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist with claims.
